GYM 101
Hello chubby buddies! I'm TP (The Pillsbury) I would like to start by thanking TA for posting that name; I just love being compared to round pale dough characters, and for everyone's information I do not giggle when some touches my stomach. Anyway I started to going to the gym in January, with a few minor setbacks here and there. My goal is to get in shape; I'm hitting the gym hard got there 5 days this week! I actually loved going I just let myself get distracted the last couple weeks. TA joined the gym not too long after I started going, there were a few setbacks there as well. Now we are back in action and hitting the gym! YAY!
INFORMATION FOR CHUBBY BUDDIES
Rule 1. DO NOT use a personal trainer you think is HOT, this only back fires. It makes you not want to work out in front of him! My Personal trainer was very nice, but it was a little uncomfortable working out with him. I kept trying to picture him without a shirt, making me not pay attention to what I was doing, in return making him touch me to get my position correct, making me that much more uncomfortable. Don't do it. Yes they are very pretty to look at, No they are not going to ask you out if you use them.
Rule 2. If you are going to meet your personal trainer to work out make sure you eat that day; you don't want to pass out at the gym! Not fun, quite embarrassing, I didn't pass out but I almost throw up, and was dizzy. Not how I pictured that work out. Don't go to the gym hungry, you will pass out or go get fast food on the way home, that's a NO NO.
Rule 3. Watch out for space cadet personal trainers, if your personal trainer tells you it's okay to eat at the GOLDEN ARCHES or any fast food place RUN! It just doesn't make sense these people who are not even in shape themselves, wanting to charge you 100 an hour. If your personal trainer is fat I might suggest you use a different one.
Rule 4. Bring a gym buddy, Time will fly! If you don't have a chubby buddy bring music, it will make you zone out and not pay attention to the people around you, it will also make the time go by much faster. I don't care what people say I will always feel like people are looking at me.
Rule 5. DO NOT GO TO THE GYM WITH A BUDDY IF YOU ARE GOING TO GO OUT AND GET UNHEALTHY FOOD AFTER!
Rule 6. The final rule. If you eat something naughty, and your chubby buddy eats something naughty it does not cancel each other out!
